Steve Mathews is an eight-year resident of Lone Tree who reads and records newspapers for the Audio Information Network of Colorado, a group that provides recordings for people with vision impairments. Mathews recently rode cross-country on motorcycle to raise money for the nonprofit. He found a passion for the volunteer work because "I always thought I had a talent for it," Mathews said. "People say I have a face for radio."
