Agencies work to find cause of fire

South Metro firefighters responded to an early-morning office building fire at 367 Inverness Parkway. Around 5:30 a.m. Oct. 22, crews found heavy smoke in the building and several activated sprinkler heads. The fire was distinguished quickly by 15 firefighters, and the building was ventilated, but suffered smoke, fire and water damage.

The cause of the fire is still unknown and South Metro Fire Rescue and Douglas County Sheriff’s Office investigators are investigating the fire.
