Tuesdays and Thursdays

Teen Yoga offered from 4:15-5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Lone Tree Recreation Center, 10249 Ridgegate Circle. Teenagers become more self-aware and confident, gaining a sense of well-being while developing strength and flexibility. June 12

June 12, June 26

Rec & Rock for Youth is from 7-11 p.m. June 12 and June 26 at the Lone Tree Recreation Center, 10249 Ridgegate Circle. In addition to themed activities and contests, swimming is available along with DJ and dancing, basketball and other gym activities plus concessions. This is a supervised, secure program. June 15 to July 13

Co-Rec Youth Dodgeball League plays from 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays from June 15 to July 13 at Fairways at Lone Tree Park, 9608 Colinade Drive. Keep fit and active this summer with a game everyone can play; no experience or equipment is necessary. Use teamwork and strategy in this safe and enjoyable sport using safety conscious rules and rubber-coated foam balls. Leagues held outdoors. Grades 3-6, 303-798-7515 or www.sspr.org. June 17 to July 22

Tumble Tykes offered from 9:30-10:15 a.m. or 10:30-11:15 a.m. Thursdays from June 17 to July 22 at the Lone Tree Recreation Center, 10249 Ridgegate Circle. Learn gymnastics skills with fun, creative techniques while discovering body awareness through jumping, balancing and coordination drills. June 20

Afro-pop Marimba Band performs at 3 p.m. June 20 at the Lone Tree Recreation Center, 10249 Ridgegate Circle. June 21-25

Volleyball Champs Camp from 10:30 a.m. to noon June 21-25 at Acres Green Elementary Park, 13524 Acres Green Drive. Fun drills and training techniques build skills in passing, setting, serving and hitting. Participants work on one skill daily with one-on-one attention balancing competition and sportsmanship.
