Mici Handcrafted Italian opens in Parker
Mici Handcrafted Italian, a family-owned, fast-casual chain in Denver, has opened its sixth location. The newest location is in Parker at 11290 Twenty Mile Road, in the Parker Valley Center.
The menu features family-recipe pastas, handcrafted pizzas, salads and more, all available for dine-in, carryout, catering and delivery.
“Mici is family-oriented and loves being part of tight knit communities, like Parker,” Elliot Schiffer, Mici CEO, said in a news release. “Our combination of generations-old family recipes made with high-quality, clean ingredients, and a modern-day convenient style of service are what make Mici so special. The last two years of growth for the brand have been exciting and successful, and we’re looking forward to what is to come.”
The Parker location is Mici’s largest to date, with 2,500 square feet, indoor seating for 70 and a 30-seat patio.
The Joint opens new office in Highlands Ranch
The Joint, Highlands Ranch Village opened June 4 at 1509 Park Central Drive, Suite 200, giving residents a place to access routine chiropractic care.
The Joint boasts a no-appointment, no-insurance and no-hassle business model, according to a news release. Its membership model allows patients seeking pain relief and prevention to customize ongoing treatment plans or receive preventative chiropractic exams. Patients can use their membership at any of The Joint Chiropractic offices nationwide.
“Chiropractic care is an important aspect of our overall holistic health. Everyday activities such as sitting at a desk all day or constantly looking down to check our phones take a toll on our bodies, especially our spine health. A key to preventing and managing pain is routine chiropractic adjustments,” Dr. Steven Knauf, director of chiropractic and compliance for The Joint Chiropractic, said in the news release. “The Joint removes the hassle of insurance and booking appointments, making it more convenient for patients in Parker to maintain a chiropractic care regimen.”

The Holiday Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center-Centennial received the InterContinental Hotels Group 2018 5 of 5 Winning Metrics Award based on achieving guest experience goals.
The goals are based on key metrics that bring the brand to life for every hotel guest.
