Park Meadows mall officially kicks off the holiday season with its Third Annual Santa’s Arrival Parade from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Nov. 13.

The family event celebrates the holiday’s biggest celebrity: Santa Claus. The parade’s grand marshals are KOSI 101’s Murphy and Denise who will be joined by mascots from Colorado’s sports teams - the Broncos, Nuggets, Rockies, Avalanche and Mammoth - school choirs and color guards, and Miss Colorado. Santa will guide his real reindeer through The Vistas at Park Meadows during the parade.

Families are encouraged to sip hot chocolate and enjoy the seasonal music of a jazz quartet, ladies acappella group and Dickens carolers along the street of the The Vistas in between Macy’s, Borders and The Cheesecake Factory.

There will be lots of activities for kids and Santa’s Village - complete with a ski lodge nestled between a forest of pine trees, an alpine town, a sleigh full of toys and sparkling snow - opens the day of the parade.
