As the City of Lone Tree’s new Arts Center moves along toward a
projected August 2011 opening date, the Lone Tree Cultural Arts
Foundation continues its $2.2 million capital campaign “to realize
extraordinary finishes to the facility before it opens.” That goal
includes the recently announced (Jan. 5) $400,000 Terrace Theatre
Executive director Lisa Rigsby Peterson announced a significant
lead gift of $25,000 from Park Meadows Retail Resort to launch the
The Lone Tree City Council, a strong arts supporter for years,
has announced a Challenge Match to contributions made by Feb. 1, up
to $200,000, toward completion of the terrace venue, projected in a
preliminary rental document as having a 200 to 400 seat capacity.
